The Copper Canyon Ultra Marathon (renamed Ultra Marathon Caballo Blanco) is a 50-mile foot race that takes place each year in the town of Urique, Chihuahua. The race was started by Micah True to honor and support Rarámuri running culture. Cash prizes and food vouchers are awarded to the top finishers. Blankets and food are also given to all runners and their families who come down for the race.
